Our sport-specific, individualized programming is designed specifically for athletes preparing for the upcoming season, gaining an advantage in the off-season and keeping their skills sharp during the season. Our programs push athletes hard and make them faster, stronger and more agile than they ever thought possible. Our skilled sports performance trainers will devise a workout strategy using our proprietary equipment and training methods to cater to your sport's movements. Staying balanced and powerful starts with the core, the collection of muscles around an athlete's lower back and midsection. We will teach each athlete how to train their core with advanced movements. DST will show you the right way to get abs as an athlete and explain how your core can help you perform better in your sport with workouts and tips from the best in the business.


Our Speed and Agility Training is specifically designed for each athlete with a common goal to enhance foot speed, agility, power and flexibility. Speed, Agility and Quickness Training is a system of progressive exercises and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision.



Athletic performance is based on a number of skills that can be developed through a sports conditioning program. This particular program focuses on improving both muscular strength and power. Strength training performance programs are based upon the needs of your sport and current strength and conditioning level. You will work to bring up your strength, speed, flexibility and quickness through the weight room and sport specific drills that may be held outside of the gym.  After a few weeks you will already notice your confidence and physical abilities start to rise.



Building upon the foundation of the Acceleration Training Program, DST has introduced an Endurance Sports Training Program designed to help the athlete move better, stay healthier, become stronger and get faster. The Endurance Sports Training Program consists of an Athlete Assessment to determine an athlete's strengths and opportunities for improvement, taking into consideration weekly workout volume, competitive goals, and injury prevention. Speed, Strength & Stability training is at the core of the program, focusing on gains in speed, power, balance, and stability.  


Our ballistic training, also called power training, is a form of strength training in which an athlete lifts, accelerates, and then releases the weight. The body's prime mover muscles gain directional strength and speed at this stage of the program. Mastering such power movements adds to the athlete's explosiveness on game day.

              GROUP TRAINING


The group training offered at DST provides friendly competition between athletes in a working environment. We believe that by training alongside of other great athletes, personal boundaries are exceeded. This also reminds our athletes of the many young men and women on a national level who are putting sweat equity into achieving their goals. 

Each group is put together based on the individual athletes strengths and weaknesses. The programs are then customized by our trainers in a fun and energized circuit training fashion. 



Membership to Dominion Sports Training facility is available to athletes who purchase a gold package, or package of equal or higher value. Membership allows the athletes who train with us to have full access to the gym's equipment even when not in a personal training session. Lifetime monthly membership fee is discounted after completion of all five phases of training for silver packages and higher.
